Parliament Prayer Conference
NATIONAL PRAYER & INNOVATION CONVENTION 2010 BACKGROUND "GHANA, THE GATEWAY TO AFRICA" is a favoured battle-cry of Ghanaian state-salesmen as they go about the business of attracting investors to Ghana. Ghana, like most African countries, abound in considerable natural resource and human capital that have either been largely underutilised or overly exploited to the detriment of the country. Even though the continent is believed to offer some of the highest investment returns in the world today, the platform for an equitable share in venture returns for African countries for foreign investments into African economies, are still mostly exploitative. The international business community however sees Ghana as a gold mine where they come to make untold profits from existing resources and opportunities that Ghanaians seem blind to.
Join us to Pray for the African Parliament May 25 - 05/25/2010
Mission Africa Inc. has developed a great relationship with the Ghana Parliament Christian Fellowship through the Annual Mission Africa Parliament Prayer conference. This brings nobles, churches, pastors, businesses and all walks of people together to pray for the Continent of Africa on "Africa Day". This year, Mission Africa invited members of Parliament Christian Fellowship to her annual Bridging the Gap Banquet and Conference in California, USA. The next conference is May 25, 2010 in Accra Ghana. It was such a blessing to have the Mayor of Ontario attend the Mission Africa "Thanksgiving Day" at Loveland Church to honor Mission Africa Inc. for her humanitarian work & bringing nationalities together. The message for the occasion was very timely. It covered every background of persons who attended the event. We were blessed to have the Honorable Abayeteye& others from the Ghana Parliament attend this function.
